    • Conducting Sales & Marketing Revisions in our PM subsidiaries around the world on a monthly basis
    • Doing / Following up with all tasks needed after the revision in the country is complete
    • Provide suggestions about ways we can improve our working methods with our subsidiaries
    • Train new Sales Directors in new countries to do the sales training correctly when necessary
    • Becoming an expert on PM-International’s business model, sales and marketing strategy, and the FitLine products
    • Identifying risks and improvements in our subsidiaries worldwide
    • Provide transparency on project statutes and ensure meeting deadlines
    • Provide project related time estimates
    • Organize and orchestrate project meetings
    • Create project documentation and project reports
    • Communicate with project team members
    • Give and receive feedback
    • Work in a multicultural environment with teams in multiple geographical locations
    • Conducting business presentations for countries without an office in coordination with the entire ISD department when necessary
    • Analyzing and presenting outcomes of sales audits and sales reporting
    • Traveling short notice to various subsidiaries or countries when urgencies arise
    • Support in the monitoring of our Direct Selling Association memberships on assigned countries
    • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Fluent in English, additional languages such as German are considered an advantage
    • Attention to detail
    • Experience in direct sales/network marketing is considered an advantage
    • Great communication skills
    • Ability to stand strong on areas that need improved without taking on all excuses
    • Strong analytic and creative thinking skill
    • Willingness to travel at any given time
