As a Project Manager, you will be the link between local CRM teams, international teams, stakeholders and our agile eCommerce organization. You will ensure the proper setup of online shop-related products and guide product adaptation to country-specific requirements. You will collaborate with the team to provide countries with a vision of future digital products and developments. Being part of a team located in Germany and Spain you’ll oversee supporting the prioritization of the needs of the countries with squad’s product owners and managers.
- Be the first contact person for countries and internal stakeholders in case of doubts, bugs, or improvements to be made in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMFC)
- Prioritize all country requirements together with the Product Owner to continuously improve and add functionalities to the SFMC product catalog
- Conduct training sessions for all SFMC features made available to countries
- Understand countries needs and business strategies to collect requirements and continuously improve all Marketing Cloud-related products
- Write tickets with requirements and be available for the team to solve functional questions
